My name is Katharina Wiedenhofer

I completed my diploma in classical and contemporary dance at the HfMDK in Frankfurt am Main in 2006 and have been working as a dancer and choreographer in a wide variety of productions at many different theaters since then. I usually work with a lot of different people, with actors, opera singers, dancers, musicians, teenagers, children, amateurs, semi-professionals and professionals.

Through my own physical work as a dancer and my work as a choreographer with other bodies, I know how much a healthy musculoskeletal system contributes to human well-being and thus to a stable psyche. Through my massage training in various techniques at Gligoris Voltis (Casa del Silencio), my training as a personal trainer and yoga teacher, I can combine all my knowledge wonderfully to respond individually to bodies and their needs. For 5 years I have been lucky enough to be the masseuse of the dance company “Dresden Frankfurt Dance Company” and also to regularly massage the budding dancers of the HfMDK.
