Through my profession as a dancer and choreographer, I know how to deal with different bodies, their strengths and weaknesses and how to get the most out of them. Together with you, I will put together your own personal training plan and your individual training. I can draw on a range of movement techniques and methods to support this. I am a qualified yoga teacher, personal trainer trained in Pilates, Feldenkrais and meditation. The mixture of all this makes me special and brings you to the maximum of yourself.
